CUSTOM HEADWEAR / PROJECT DIRECTIONS

Custom Headwear Options

Start with a hat family, then describe the structure, brim and intended use. Combine these choices to create a brief for your own collection.

01 / HAT FAMILIES

Begin with the shape your collection needs

Each path below is a custom-project discussion. Choose a family to compare the construction, material, logo placement and sample-review questions that belong to it.

02 / BRIM CHOICE

Flat brim is a construction choice

Add a flat-brim request to the cap style you are discussing. It does not determine whether the cap uses a snapback or any other closure.

Bring a side-view reference if brim angle, width or crown relationship matters to your design.

Add a flat-brim direction

03 / PANEL CHOICE

Give the front panel room to work

A five-panel direction helps you describe the front piece, side-panel seams and artwork area. Review the front piece and side-panel seams around your artwork.

Attach a drawing or reference that shows which seams, label locations and crown profile matter to your logo.
