01 / PROJECT AND PRODUCTION

Dongguan Manufacturing Collaboration

Share your design, hat style, estimated quantity and destination. Rongtai coordinates the project requirements with our long-term manufacturing partner in Dongguan, from the brief through sample review.

Our custom range covers baseball and dad caps, flat-brim caps, trucker hats, bucket hats, beanies, five-panel caps and sports caps. Discuss embroidery, printing, woven or fabric labels, leather or other patches, and fabric and color choices.

One clear project brief brings the hat shape, branding and purchasing requirements into the same discussion.

02 / PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Project Review Path

Artwork, construction, a physical sample, and the production brief need separate review. Dates, MOQ, sample conditions, and delivery terms are agreed after the project details are checked.

    Describe the hat direction, logo, quantity, destination, and any dates or requirements that are already known.

    Review the build

    Discuss crown, brim, panels, closure, decoration, fabric, and color references for the selected design.

    Check a sample

    Use a physical sample and written requirements to review shape, placement, colors, and finishing details.

  4. 04

    Confirm project terms

    MOQ, sample conditions, pricing, timing, packing, and delivery are confirmed for the actual project.

03 / SUPPLIER REVIEW

Production Information Review

Let Rongtai know which project information you need to review. The request can cover the proposed manufacturing party, construction sequence, material questions, sample checks, or the documents your market requires.

  • State the hat direction, decoration, quantity, and destination.
  • Name any required supplier, material, or product documentation.
  • Discuss a visit or video review with Alex and confirm the arrangements in advance.

04 / SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS

Sample Quality Details

Use a physical sample and written requirements to agree what matters for the selected hat. A screen image or 3D view cannot establish an exact production color or final workmanship result.

Shape and fit

Crown profile, panel symmetry, brim shape, closure, and intended fit.

Logo placement

Artwork method, dimensions, position, backing or patch details, and visible edges.

Fabric and color

Material hand feel plus physical fabric, thread, or color references where needed.

Inside finishing

Sweatband, seams, labels, loose threads, and any requested internal details.
