How Rongtai handles your contact details, design files and custom hat inquiries.
This notice covers rongtaihat.com, the 3D Design Studio and communications about your project. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Design Locally, Send When Ready
You can explore a hat and logo in the Studio before contacting us. Selected files and design choices are prepared in your browser until you send the inquiry.
Saving a draft is optional and keeps a copy on your device. A sent inquiry is handled separately by the receiving service and the team reviewing your project.

01 / INFORMATION YOU SHARE
Inquiry Data Categories
The form uses the information you enter and the files you select. It does not access other files on your device.
| Contact details | The name and email you enter, with company and buyer role if you choose to provide them. |

| Design files | PNG, JPEG and PDF files you select for an inquiry. Sending the inquiry transfers the selected files to the receiving service. |

| Service information | The hosting and security services process connection information needed to serve the site, handle requests and protect against abuse. |
02 / HANDLING YOUR INQUIRY
Purpose and Service Providers
We use your information to review the hat design, discuss materials and decoration, prepare project terms and respond to your questions. We may request further details to clarify the brief.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the submitted form, 3D configuration and files. Inquiry records and attachments are stored in private service storage rather than published as website images or public download links.
Inquiry notifications, including project information and attachments, are sent to the Rongtai business mailbox provided by SiteGround. Email correspondence is handled by the people reviewing and responding to your project.
Cloudflare and SiteGround operate international services, so information may be processed outside your country. We do not automatically enrol inquiry senders in marketing lists or send automated marketing messages.
03 / RETENTION AND REQUESTS
Your Inquiry Records
Submitted information is used for handling the inquiry and related project communication. Relevant records may also be needed for an order or applicable legal obligations.
Email [email protected] to ask about the information held about your inquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Include the email address used for the inquiry and its reference number, if available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Available rights and any limits depend on the applicable law. Clearing a browser draft does not delete records or email copies already submitted; contact us for those requests.
04 / DEVICE STORAGE
Browser Drafts and Site Measurement
When you choose Save draft on this device, the form data and selected original files can be stored in your browser’s IndexedDB. Restore saved draft reads that copy, and Clear saved draft removes it from the current browser.
Drafts are specific to the device and browser used. If you share a device, clear the saved draft when you finish. Downloaded files must be removed separately from your device.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, supplies a web analytics beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com to measure site performance and use. Hosting and security services also process technical information to deliver and protect the site.
We have not enabled advertising trackers or automatic marketing enrolment. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
